Your information.

Jazz Club uses your account email and authentication information to sign you in, store your tickets, and verify membership access. Notification preferences and your device’s push token are used to send event announcements only when you opt in.

Payments and music

Event ticket payments are handled by the ticket provider shown at checkout. Direct purchases use Stripe. iOS membership purchases use Apple’s in-app purchase system, with RevenueCat verifying subscription access. Jazz Club does not store your card details.

Site measurement

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for site traffic and campaign measurement.

Your choices

You can turn announcements off in your account or in iPhone Settings. Account deletion is available in the app under You. This removes your account and preferences; transaction records may be retained without an account link. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage it in Apple account settings.
